COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ocean Technology 100605-5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Oriental-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexnord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Radicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Oriental-Motor such as the 4GN25K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EZKG0000700X1XA51235 manufactured by Rexnord and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexnord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAA510 by Manufacturer Radicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ohio Brand B2325 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Oriental-Motor such as 6GK12 equipment made by Oriental-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Oriental-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Oriental-Motor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10011297 made by Powerflow as well as the popular F008B original spares produced by Ohio Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U213310BMC56 by Ohio and 6GK12 spares by Oriental-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1030R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexnord. |
